Delivery

Delivery is charged at £4.95 per order and delivery will be made by a Courier. Collection is also available from our shop. If you select Click and Collect at the basket stage we will contact you by email or telephone to notify you when your order will be ready for collection.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds available due to the nature of the products.

Payment

Payment for Goods and related delivery charges must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process. Payments in store are preferred by card.

Workshops

Dates for workshops are not transferable. If you or any attendee in your party has any allergies please call before booking. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please read our updated Covid Safety information before booking and arriving to your workshop.
